Our wait staff was super friendly and we were very happy with our meal. We had the filet medallions and the beef tips. Both were incredibly good. The loaded baked potato is ginormous!
My family visited on a Friday night. The store was very busy but we were seated quickly- we had a call ahead seating to help with that. Our server probably gave us the most pleasant experience I have had at this specific Roadhouse. She was attentive, kind and genuine. She took the time to learn my baby's name and interacted with him throughout our visit. This review is mostly for her, cuz I wanted to give her a shout out. As a former roadhouse employee I know exactly how tough it can be. And being a server in general is no easy task. Jess, with the cool eyeliner, dark hair and piercings, you were rad. Thank you!!
This Texas Roadhouse is rather like all the rest... dependable, good quality steaks and salads, and noisy. We took advantage of their 3pm opening and enjoyed a 6oz sirloin with 2 sides for a price that was comparable to getting a simple burger and fries at any other restaurant... this was so much more worth it! (oh, and the early arrival meant it was actually pleasant and easy to carry on a conversation.... not so easy at peak hour) Service was professional and efficient. Overall a very good place for steak and an excellent place for a late lunch/early dinner!
I've not been to Roadhouse for almost 15 years. Just one question- what happened to the peanuts they use to serve, or do I have my restaurants crossed? Oh well, in the grand scheme of things, the lack of peanut shells strewn all over the floor was not a distraction or disappointment. As it was a Saturday evening the restaurant was busy with a wait. But, as my wife placed us in the wait list queue through their online link, we basically had very little of a wait when we arrived. Overall I was very pleased with the totality of the food quality and level of service. No complaints....
What an excellent meal. We went here after church on graduation weekend. The food was great and the service was perfect. It was such a nice meal. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The vegetables were good and that bread is amazing.
Hagerstown, Md's Texas Roadhouse is my favorite Hagerstown Steak restaurant!! The service is always exceptional, friendly servers, Susie the bartender provides top-notch service every time we visit here. The food is delicious, the margaritas are also delicious and we always get the Patron kicker! Lol. Relaxed environment, friendly service, quality food! That's why we always come back!!! Thank you to the Manager & Staff!!! Keep it up, we appreciate it.
